PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DEPOSITS ARE TAKEN TO RESERVE SPACE ON TRUCKS FOR YOUR SHIPMENT. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, ONCE YOUR YOU RESERVE A MOVE DATE WITH BECKENS VAN LINES WE RESERVE SPACE ON OUR CARRIER, THEN WE LOGISTICALLY DETERMINE THE ROUTES FOR OUR FLEET. THE CANCELLATION IS TO COMPENSATE OUR CARRIERS FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM CANCELLATIONS.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to BECKENS VAN LINES no later than 72 hours prior to the first scheduled pickup date in order to avoid any miscommunications.
